Deposit - Make a deposit of $100 per trip by Check. Your trip is not booked until I recieved the deposit.
Before your trip - Chromeseekers will contact you prior to your trip to discuss weather, lake & stream conditions and a meeting place. If you are driving a Long distance, please call me before you leave if the weather looks bad.
Cancellations - If you must cancel your trip with Chromeseekers, you must let me know 15 days before or we will find you another date. If that can't happened, your deposit will be forfetted. If you cancel within 72 hours of your trip, you are still required to pay for the full trip.
Weather - I will contact you the day before your trip to confirm the date. We fish through most weather so be prepare. We will only refund if the weather is to dangerous. If you choose you still want to fish and the weather becomes dangerous, you will not be refunded once we get out there.
