When I first started fishing I was completely on my own. I would post on the internet where I could find the most fish. Then run to that location and get skunked. Doing this was not working for myself. I eventually fell into a network of very knowledgeable fisherman and learned how to catch fish correctly. If it wasn't for learning how to properly fish for Steelhead and Salmon, it didn't matter how many fish were in front of me. It was all about learning the fundamentals. If it wasn't for that network, I don't know if I would be half the fisherman I am today. If your the type of person that doesn't really want to pay for a guided trip but wants to learn the fundamentals of fishing on your own with a little help, I am your guy. I will teach you how to quickly learn how to fish and the gear I use. I will also show you areas that will hold fish during different times of the year. Did you just buy a center pin but have no idea on how to use it? Call me up and i'll teach you how to. Time is precious so why waste it on not knowing if your fishing correctly or not. Anywhere else in the Lower Peninsula:
First 2 hour is $300
Every hour after that is $50
Each additional student: $50

This is NOT a guided fishing trip. This lesson is to help you properly rig for catching fish and learn where fish hold. It's almost like going to a golf lesson from a golfing pro. I specialize in fishing for Salmon, Steelhead and jigging for Walleye on the Detroit River. I do not fly fish.
